If an invader delegate has been in place for 45 days and he is supported by the natives of the region, is it an offence to invade the region and eject and ban the delegate? This is what happened in south pacific. The ex delegate (johns giant plam tree) who invaded around 40 days ago was ejected last night. The ex delegate had no invader help in holding the region.
ps:sorry if that sounds all jumbled up but its early morning!
From what I know, an invader delegate needs the most native endorsements of all UN nations in the region to be an internally elected delegate.
This gives him the rights of an intrnally elected Delegate, so he can ban, password, all that. But, he is still an invader plant himself, so he hmself can be banned. I'll try to dig up Coggy's post on this.
here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=8686556&highlight=internally+elected#post8686556) is somthing that mentions this
and here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=8510070&highlight=internally+elected#post8510070) is another one.
