The region of Dun Eideann seeks immediate relief from the Moderators.

The ceased to be founder of Dun Eideann, Paceal has been resurrected. Paceal founded the region in November 2004. He was not active and assigned other nations to build to region. He returned in April 2005 and promptly destroyed the region. The nations left and he did not rebuild. He finally completely abandoned the region in around May or June 2005. He abandoned another region at the same time. He departed for Clear Water Cove and there intentionally allowed his nation to cease, in July 2005. Leaving the game completely.

As the Second Native Nation, having been ejected and banned, I returned to Dun Eideann to rebuild it.

I have been in contact with The Most Glorious Hack working to have Paceal replaced as founder and am in a process of review.

I contend that as the Eldest Native Nation, Created Solely for Dun Eideann and having return only after the Original Founder Purposefully ceased to be: that Paceal no long enjoys any right or claims to the region. He lose those when he abandoned the region and left to commit Suicide.

I request the he be removed as Founder and I become the Founder. and that his Nation be deleated.

Snowflake, and others have worked hard to revive DE after Paceal willingly destroyed the region, and then CTE'd. He acted with much negligence in regards to DE. Paceal has a track record of abandoning regions. He has abadoned DE, Haiku,and several others.

I am not sure what the mods can do, but I can vouch that having Paceal at the helm again spells nothing good for this region.

I agree, having Paceal back is bad for Dun eideann. Snowflake and everyone else worked hard to rebuild the region - only having it destroyed again would be sad.

I am not sure what to think on deleting Paceal just yet, however I do agree that he should be removed from his posistion as founder.

Removing him as founder would be a good solution. Only after he abandoned the region and then let himself die is when I returned to rebuild the region. Even as the Eldest Native Nation I did not interfere in his region while he existed.

The region has rebuilt to nearly 100 nations, with an active membership Off-Site and and in the region. He had no part in that. Yet as founder he will destroy it.

I did not return like a snake in the night to take over his established region.

Can he be removed as founder and let the region he abandoned live on?

That's all that's asked.

He most certainly will not be removed from the Founder position. It is unfortunate that he was detrimental the the health of the region, but the Mods are not here to be involved in regional politics. We are here to enforce the rules. Since he has not broken any rules, no action will be taken against him. He will not have his Founder authority removed, nor shall we delete him.
