I know founders only get appointed in extreme cases, but I feel the need to bring this up. After double checking my facts with someone who was back around the time of this whole mess, I feel secure enough to do so. Here is what transpired:

I haven't been here long enough to know for sure, so someone spot me.

Fact 1) Germany was created pre-founder days, by someone uninvolved in this mess
Fact 2) KW, Dema, etc were in Germany in that time
Fact 3) Founders were invented
Fact 4) RP petitioned the mods to be made a retro-active founder
Fact 5) RP went crazy kicked out KW and many others
Fact 6) RP repeatedly dangles the region in front of our face, but wont let it go

If facts 1 and 4 are correct, we may have some sort of case, but I need to know for sure before I present it. It would be nice if someone could tell me the exact day he was made founder, and/or have the regional XML from right before and after, make the case a bit easier to present, but someone let me know...

Between Fact 2 and three, something else occured. The USSR and a conglomeration of other communist regions invaded Germany, took the delegacy from the original founder. The communist founder was Stalingradski, if I remember correctly. We in Germany were able to defeat them after a long war. In the end, we had the original delegate gone, and we went through numerous delegates, until Kaiser Wilhelm II took the delegacy and ruled us justly, promising to defend Germany to the end. Suddenly, one day, without anyone even knowing why, Reichsprotektor was named founder by the mods. Absolutely no one has a reason, and he is still founder, continuing his reign of terror, even after KW was kicked, along with many of us royalists. I had been one of the first to move to Imperial Germany, the new temporary home, led by two other nations, Demagogues and Helsing 2.
Well, from then on, we moved many times, and here we are.

Fact 4=I do not know why he was named mod. But correct.
Fact 5=RP kicked out KW and many of us. Correct.
Fact 6=RP is a joke. He sleeps and lets the region rot. Correct.

I seriously feel like Germany is still rightly ours, and will always be.Now, this may seem confusing to some, but I am sure the mods understand at least somewhat, and even though I asked it to be mod-only, if Ball... (cant remember full name, always has nice XML's for me) has an XML from back when founders were invented, that would help some.

Anyway, myself and all my regionmates are contesting Der Reichsprotektor's right to the founder's seat. As you can see from old log reports, he was made retroactive founder of that region, though I belive he wasn't even the delegate at the time. As it stands now, many of us in The German Empire came from Germany, but can no longer be there, as when ever we are in region when Der Reichsprotektor logs on, he kicks us all.

Speaking of logging on, you note that he has delegate controlls off, and logs in maybe once every 28 to 60 days? Personally I feel (and I am sure many others, including a few Germany natives still in Germany) that Der Reichsprotektor was a poor choice for a founder, and continues to be as such, and Germany needs a new one, or even would be better off without one like in the old days.

If any mods require me to elaborate further, please let me know. As this isn't a major issue in terms of mod staff, I'll bump it once a week so you keep it on the back burner, as I suspect this will take a while to sort out.

I'm afraid some of your facts are false. I was not originally appointed founder of Germany by the mods. I refounded the region after it was invaded and left to expire, passworded and empty. I am the first nation to hold the position of founder of Germany.

I would say I am also the only nation to have had the position, but a while ago a moderator decided to act on inaccurate information, and without my consultation, replaced me as founder. I cannot recall which nation became founder for that week or less long period.

Also, the Kaiser and his royalists returned to Germany after I refounded the region, in the hopes of reassuming their previous Government. I believe they were chased out by Bolsheviks, and were not allowed to return by the last Dictatorial Delegate of Germany. For a brief period I allowed the monarchy to reign in Germany. I had been inactive, and could understand their pouncing on the chance to revive the old order.

But then the Kaiser became increasingly frustrated with my refusal to grant him regional control access. Something which we agreed he would not be given in our first discussions after I returned from my inactivity. He asked the mods to have me replaced with himself as Founder. This they refused to do as they had stopped appointing founders. Also, I imagine, because of the previous incident.

The Kaiser made our situation impossible with this attempted power grab, and I sacked him. I booted him from the region and have been at odds with his stooges ever since.
