Can Arrakis get a new founder?

A little while ago the Region Arrakis lost it's founder. After some conversion we the members of the region Arrakis decided that Harko City, a former delagate and longest known member of the region, should be the next founder if possible.
Now is there any chance the gameadmins could make Harko City the founder of Arrakis?

Arrakis is a semi-large nation and to prevent against griefers we would really like to request a new founder. Just voicing my opinion... any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

as far as i know mods only appoint founders in "exceptional" circumstances so they'll probably tell you no.

We don't do founder replacements except under exceptional circumstances. Desiring better protection because the founder stopped logging in doesn't count as 'exceptional' under any circumstances. Sorry, "No".
