If it's not part of an RP, it would go towards intent and context. But I'd generally say yes, if there's more than one use of profanity. >_>

There's nothing wrong with using a swear word or two, but when its overdone, it generally leads towards flaming. It isn't automatically flaming, but the intent of the user is taken into account.
