If I wanted to give my region a password, would I have to give it to everyone or just to the natives?
And what is a native anyway? When does a nation become native? After a certain time, or something else?

A founder can do whatever s/he wants -- giving the password to all, some or NONE of the inhabitants.
The definition of native is pretty nebulous. In your particular case, as founder, I would guess the definition of native in Atheist Haven is "whom The Noble Men is pleased to have join".

If you dont want to read it, I know you must give everyone pass word if you are invader delegate, I know you don't have to if you are founder, and I am not sure if you are internally-elected delegate.
