I didn't violate the ToS. In fact, there have been far harsher things traded on these forums. The moderators have given me a definition of what is flaming or what is not.. and what I said is not.
1000% with the extra zero.

Funny, precedents previously set seem to indicate that calling someone an idiot is, indeed, flaming.

No. It is not against the ToS in this regard. And seeing the things you said to me in that thread (saying I should be eliminated.. when you called for abolition of homosexuals)... well I don't think you have any ground to stand on.

Calling someone an idiot is not acceptable, but an isolated incident of such is not usually enough to result in an official warning. Repeated incidents, however, will result in an official warning (and need not be incidents all involving the same target). Mesatecala, cease and desist.
Additionally, if you have complaints about the conduct of Neo Rogolia, then please provide inks to specific examples. I am not reading all 250 posts.
