Not being a mod, I can't decide on it's legality. However, after an examination of the forum rules (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8784641&postcount=3) I can't find anything that directly bans this kind of behaviour. However, Promoting illegal activity and Referral Links comes close.
I suppose it could also be closed for it's excessive amounts of flame.
As I've said, I am not a Mod, nor am I likely to be one. However, I am curious as to it's legality.
