Some moderator changed Roach-Busters password and in essence locked him out of his nation. Could they change it back or inform me as to why they did it?

Well he wanted to be deleted, so I don't see the difference. After all, the result's the same in the end. This method just takes a little longer.

When someone commits suicide by mod, they generally want to be deleted or IP banned. Locking them out of their nation doesnt really complete their wish, but if they have a change of heart then their nation is still there but hovering tantalisingly out of reach.
Cruel, but fair I guess.
