I belive you have to send a request to the Mods in the Nationstate webpage then to posting it on the forums.

Even better than putting 30 or 40 nations in a restoration request would be to actually log into your own puppets every so often. We don't mind the occasional unexpected absence, but don't abuse the feature, 'k?
