Founder Change?

Hello Moderators. I have a favor to ask. As some of you might already know- I’m the leader of ‘The Roman Empire.’ Well because of the big misunderstanding/failure in ‘Roman Empire’, my fellow nations and I have decided to just stay where we are and not venture out. Our founder recently died out from inactivity. To secure our protection against invaders while allowing anyone to come to our region-we would like to appoint a new founder, and the agreed founder is me, Bourgania. We don’t want to come even close to breaking any rules, so we were wondering if you might just switch the founder to my nation.
Refoundings must be done either via mutual consent or complete apathy (that is, all nations must naturally expire). Your intentions are irrelevant to the game rules, and we will not assist you with a refounding.
Well you have my assurance that the members of our region support this decision. I am grateful for any assistance with this situation.

Refoundings involve moving all the nations out of a region, waiting until the game update removes the region, then setting up the region again, with the same name. This doesn't involve a mod unless something goes disastrously wrong and rules get broken.

The mods will only ever appoint a founder in absolutely extreme circumstances. If everyone in the region is fine with a standard re-founding, then you won't need a mod.

Correct on all points.

To clarify, the mutual consent involves having ALL nations VOLUNTARILY leave the region to allow for a refounding. Even one inactive nation in vacation mode can kill this plan, so allow quite a bit of time. If you kick the last few out, chances are it will be seen as a griefing, and you'll lose even more of your favorite nations.

If you plan to abide by the rules, READ the damn things. All this is covered in rules stickies and Gameplay stickies.
