I'm not sure about this case, but usually, for stuff like this, mods only give out the information on a need-to-know basis. In other words, only the person who was deleted can find out.

As I recall, it was forum violations that caused Sino's deletion, so I suspect that if Class A Cows were to do a text search for Sino's screename he might find what he's looking for, forum violations being rather public and all. :)
