Moderators, Venice is continually spammed. I know I've alerted you all before, but this is getting more and more frustrating. First as Steinopia, then as Bruconia, then as 00RickJamesBitch00 and finally as NMDNMNd, there is a huge griefing problem. I know I could easily password the region, but I want immigrants to arrive there. I'm teetering on the brink of invading his home region, which I've threatened, though he seems unmoved. It's the same person spamming, moderators, could you just ban his IP address?

IP bans are not always possible. We have other avenues to pursue, though, so don't do anything stupid yourself. Pulling an illegal invasion on his region will not prevent him from spamming you, it will only annoy the non-rulebreakers still in the region (though that single nation will probably die from inactivity in a few days anyway).
