I believe the warning (my second, IIRC, my first one happened quite a while ago, months even, I think) was uncalled for, as it was based in a misunderstanding. How stupid would it not be of me to troll and flamebait in a reply to a mod who had asked us to stop bickering? Very stupid, I'll tell you, and that's why I didn't do it. I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed by any means, but I'm not that dumb.
It was a joke (hence, also, the winking smiley) meant to take the tension out of the thread and make it move on from the grievence that had happened, and not the trolling and flamebaiting it was apparently understood as being by Kat.
I know that it's hard to express these things in writing, but I thought that by it being adressed to a mod and supplanted with the smiley my motives for writing it would be apparent. I rue that they were not.
I want to apologise if I wasn't clear enough in the message, and I deeply regret not having taken even further precautions to make my intent clear, but I did not mean to troll and bait, and I find the warning, as written, uncalled for, and ask that the post be revisited and given the benefit of doubt in a new ruling.
I'm truly sorry that I wasn't clear enough in it and that my own failure in that department lead to the post being percieved as being meant as something it was not, and would gladly accept a stern tounge-lashing by a menagerie of mods that would make me never forget to make my intentions fully clear in te future, but I ask that I not be so severly punished for something that I did not intend to do.
