Hi! I was formerly Sapain before it was deleted and now I'm Osean Republic States. I want to join the UN and please don't delete my nation just because the E-mail adress is the same as the old one.

Our cheatscan is a bit more sophisticated than that, ORS. Don't worry, if you're not running more than one UN nation at any given time, you're most likely safe.
(Mind you, sharing computers with other NSers with UN nations can fool the system, as [violet] pointed out. So don't do that.)
