I know I have a bad habit of wasting your time with stupid questions and the like. But I would like to know if there is anyway for a Founder to be apponited for my region. It's just that it's part of Regional Constitution and our Regional Security Plan to have one.

The later being so that we can protect ourselves from overnight Region-Jacking.

founders don't get appointed, only in special urgent cases. Also, if there is a deletion for breaking the rules, it's even less likely..
