Jacksontopia has been trolling in The Heartland for about a week now and we've kinda had enough, especially with his last comment. Could something be done?

Sumgy, I know you're trying to help ... but how about leaving such requests to the mods?
This was also raised via a Getting Help request (which should have been the only necessary report) and again via #themodcave. Spaam provided all the necessary information, we acted on it, but we didn't post here indicating successful resolution, as no one outside the Heartland really has a "need to know".
