Calling a nation fascist or similar to the Nazis isn't inherantly racist unless they say "because (race 'X') lives there." "Israeli" appears to refer to the government or supporters of the government of Israel. If it is literal and refers to the people of Israel it necessarily includes the palestinians so it wouldn't be racist, but completely lacking in sense and nationalist.

Sorry, but I'd like to respectfully disagree with all of the above.
I'm an Israeli, and I don't appreciate that for all intents and purposes I'm a nazi except for the death camps. By stereotyping all Israeli's, and in such a way to compare them to their greatest enemies, the people who tried to wipe them out, he's definitely flaming.
