Region ads outside of gameplay are no longer being moved. They are simply deleted.

We expect all players to keep up with all the latest changes to the NationStates ruleset on a daily basis. Rule changes are YOUR responsibility, and rulebreakers will be DELETED ON SIGHT, as will THOSE WHO REPORT THEM, IN THE NAME OF MAX BARRY AND THE GLORIUS FATHERLA ...
