Hello. Someone dropped a post into the middle of a thread, blathering about how great "Rune Scape" [sic] is.

The post is completely offtopic, and advertizes a non-NS site. Please remove the post; I'll let you decide what to do about the nation (though its name is an ad in itself).

The mods should also note that it is the advertiser's very first post on NS, and only post, which most likely means the sole purpose of being on NS for that nation is to advertise.
