Is this flag and nation title abuse?

I'm not sure where acceptable ends and unacceptable begins, but may I turn your attention to this nation?

The Dictatorship of Hitlerisum (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/71065/page=display_nation/nation=hitlerisum)

I might be extreme but I would have thought that a picture of the Nazi himself as a flag would be illegal.

Also, the members of this region are constantly crashing our region (legal), and, in order to do this, constantly UN multiing (not legal).

Not sure, but I just see it as a joke gone too far.

At least his/her motto isn't anti-semitic.

But I'm not a mod.

Although didn't a mod say in a different example to report via the Getting Help page?

Actually, it wouldn't.

Max Barry (in Australia) specifically banned the swastika because of the Nazis.

This person was asking about whether a Hitler picture was appropriate.

A) It's legal. See the only sticky thread in the Archive, Ruling on Swasticas in flags (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=275081)

B) You don't know whether they're multis or not. Even if they claim it on the RMB, you STILL don't KNOW.

C) This sort of thing should be reported via the Getting Help page, not the forums.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.Last I checked, Jolt (a Brittish company) and Max Barry (an Australian writer) weren't the United States Congress.

Come on people, this is Civics 101.

People don't realize the .jolt.co.UK at the end of the web address of these forums. It's rather sad.....

Even if the server were hosted in and the game were run by America and Americans, respectively; the First Amendment still wouldn't apply. This is a privately-run forum and the moderators have the authority to determine what is legal and what isn't by the powers vested in them by Max. By posting here, you explicitly agree to follow the rules, and one of them is that swastikas are outlawed.
