In the thread about rape and pornography, they were on-topic until Neo Rogolia quoted scripture here:

That hijacked it because after that, it turned into a debate about Christianity, although the troll was not left unfed. It's been that way for several pages--talking about religion, people complaining and mentioning it's irrelevant, then continuing to stay off-topic.

Troll? My opinion on the issue involved scripture, so your notion of me "trolling" is ridiculous! If you review the thread, you will notice the thread FOLLOWING mine is the first one irrelevant to the discussion. Personally, I think you just disagree with me and are doing this out of spite :rolleyes:

It's only after it that it starts to go off-topic, and hijacking isn't that bad of an offense...not unless you do it all the time. The post seems on topic and relevant, like a lot of stuff in that book. So I have to agree with you here.

Is Neo-R the only one to be punnished? I ask this because her(?) scripture post is on topic with the thread, "Is pornography the same as rape (in your opinion)?"

That being said, lust and rape are kinda different

Actually, it's a disgusting book, in my opinion. However, there are a few good pieces of wisdom within. That particular verse wasn't one of them.
now, shouldn't the two above be considered Trolling or Flamebait since they are not sticking to the topic and attacking the poster itself (one who has a reputation of feverently defending any attack against Christians and the Bible). in this case Neo-Rogilia and his use of Scripture, not on his statement that Lust and Rape are different.

It only turned into a scripture/Religous thread when others continually harped on Neo's beliefs and scripture quoting ingnoring her opinon that she gave in her original post. (granted she is at fault for continuing her religous views, but it takes more than one to Hijack, and others did push her(?) buttons in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to just irritate her(?))

Unless the poster in question is a copy of the Bible, they are not attacking her at all.
