Ok, I got my nation deleted.
I deserved it according to the rules, no doubt about it.
I have never even received a warning before, so where can I plead my case for getting my nation brought back?

"Posting Past Forumban: If a nation is forumbanned, that nation's player is not permitted to post on the forums with other puppet nations. Such puppets may be deleted without notice, as may the puppet master and other identified puppets. If you can't figure out why you were banned, you can file a Getting Help request asking why. You may post on the behalf of a forumbanned player to ask, in "Moderation", why that player was forumbanned. You may not post on the behalf of a forumbanned player for any other reason.

If a nation is deleted for rule-breaking on the forums, the moderators may impose a forumban time in addition to the deletion. Failure to observe this forumban may result in a DoS order (see below) "

I just read this, sorry--please delete this puppet and i will make my case through the proper channels.
Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge, your prior nation was deleted outright. As you said, it broke the rules and will not be restored.

This nation is fine. There was no assosciated forumban.

So even though I have been a perfectly upstanding member for over a year, one mistake in judgement and my nation is completely gone with no appeal?

I am actually asking, I want to know if there is any point to appealing to the Admins, I dont want a new nation.

I didnt have any puppets or anything--I had one single nation.

Isnt that a little harsh given the easy hand usually shown around here.

You may submit content to NationStates.net so long as it is not obscene, illegal, threatening, malicious, or defamatory, does not invade the privacy or infringe the intellectual property of a third party, and does not constitute "spam."

"Perfectly upstanding nations" do not recruit for illegal activities, such as vandalizing and hacking other sites, on this board. We stand by the decision.

If you must appeal this decision : salusa@nationstates.net .

I think that hacking, trying to hack or threatening to hack, is the biggest crime thinkable on the internet. Some organisations keep an easy accessible black list of hacker's IP adresses. Once a hacker is on that list, s/he will never be taken off ever again. Having only a few nations deleted is actually very lenient :)
