What are the rules on unsolicited spam telegrams? I just created my nation and applied to join the UN (after I left the UN with my other nation) and I am getting telegrams from nations requesting I join their region. I haven't posted anywhere mentioning that I'm looking for a region...I simply applied to join the UN and now I'm getting invites.

Well, if you reside in a feeder or sinker, that's legal..

Edit: I think you are recieving these telegrams because you created a nation:
# 18 minutes ago: The Free Land of Greater Googlia departed this region for Unblogged
# 19 minutes ago: The Free Land of Greater Googlia was founded.
Not because you applied for the UN, which you did right after you moved to this other, player-created region.
Newly created nations often get telegrams that try to recruit them to a new region.
