Do the mods often IP ban people? My little brother likes to use his nationstates account to harrass people in the forums. I'm worried bc if he get's IP banned, I'll be stuck. Is there anything I can do? I'm gone from the house most of the time so I can't do much to stop him myself. (Oh the joys of going back to school far far away... ;) )

As far as I'm aware, an IP ban is one of the last things the mods will do. First they'll warn a nation, then put in forum bans, then game bans, and if the person still doesn't get it, they might do an IP ban. It usually doesn't go that far.
