A disgruntled user spammed up our board, I banned him, but I was wondering, is there any way of cleaning up all of his useless posts? Sorry if this has been adressed before, or if there's an obvious answer. Me=newb

Hmmm the messages were just deleted...Did an administrator do it some how? or did banning delete them, but message deletion take a while?

As spamming is very definitely against NS rules, the best way to deal with it is to report the spammer and his spam via the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/62083/page=help). Moderators will then delete the nation spamming, and the spam posts from your region (if they're still there).

In your case, a moderator most likely already noticed the spam and cleaned it up.
