Restore Comica IV

Comica III

About 2 weeks ago, the nation Comica IV was deleted for greifing the region “Soviet Union”, however, it was done with popular support of the region’s natives and was necessary for refounding.

I have a petition with 23 signatures asking that Comica IV be restored, if you could please take the time to consider hearing our regions pleas, it would be appreciated.

Sincerely, Comica IV

It has been said before in this forum (and while I dont have an exact quote, I'll paraphrase)

"Consent to break the rules does not lessen the fact that they have been broken. Nations deleted for rule infractions will not be restored."

I am fairly sure this will apply to your nation as well.

I think he's right a nation deletion is no simple thing, I think its final, if I am reading it right...

It wouldn't matter if you had a petition with all 36,257 UN member nations. Players do not have the right to override the game rules for their own convenience or pleasure. The established precedent of law does not permit Delegates to kick out the remaining inactive nations to refound, and that's the rule here.

As I'm not a game moderator, I can't speak definitively - but I think it's highly unlikely that I'll be reversed here. Comica IV will not be restored.

Consent does not give you the right to break the rules. The answer is no.
