"Bashing" is a bit of a vague term, so I'm going to avoid using it. What he's doing is criticizing the actions of a particular group of people. He appears to be making a point rather than merely trying to anger people.
Disagreement is not flamebaiting so long as you remain civil. "Drunk commies deleted" has been civil.
This complaint is dismissed.
