Kradlumania's sig has a link to 'Torn City'...seems to be some kind of game - 'like NS only more pointless', as his sig says. Links to other online games are illegal, no?

Futhermore, if you look closely, you will see he gets credit for the new applicant... I am pretty sure this is no-dice (like an outwar (I think) or neopets refurral[sp?])

A 2003 nation with ~150 posts, about 50 of them from the last two days? I'm betting he is unaware the rules changed. Hardly an egregious violation.
