I guess I am a little suprised.
HWA now admits to being the eighth incarnation of Johnny Wadd.
So, he knew the rules and deliberately broke them. (The pattern of flames and the continuation beyond what I posted is clearly trolling/flamebait as well.) And lied about not knowing the rules.
Regardless, I thought he'd be on a short leash.

If he's on something like a college network or anything like that it's hard to do a ban. To DoS they have to establish it is him, which hasn't happened until now.
