legality issues...

Okay, I just think it would be unimaginably hilarious if I were to make my currency "the sexual favor." But I guess the appropriateness of this is questionable, although the rules are a little vague. I don't really think it's an "obscene" remark, but it could be construed as to imply inappropriate situations... so better to ask then risk facing the wrath of the mods, right? So, then, would this be allowed??

I'm not a mod, but I'll answer. I would advise against it. Similar items have, in the past, resulted in people getting in trouble. It's better to take the safe road in this case.

As far as I'm aware the past instances of people getting in trouble were more about how they went about it then the fact they decided to use sex... something as simple as using "sexual favors" as currency isn't being really pushing the limits enough to warrant action, though I could be wrong, I'm not a moderator.

Previous examples of people getting in trouble were much more direct and in many cases used actually offencive langauge to do so... in this case it's more implication of sex and isn't using any language or tone which is outright forbidden. Basically, I don't think there is any malicious intent in it and it's just harmless fun.

However, like I said, I'm not the one who makes that decision in the end of the day and I've typically got a very open mind about such things... so it would probably be better to wait for a moderator to confirm which side of the rules it falls.

If you say so.

I wouldn't. Really. Judgement is necessarily subjective, and it's not worth the risk.
