Even months after the fact, just looking back on the threads makes my blood boil.I'm sorry, but I don't see what the problem is. If the threads disturb you, then why not just avoid reading them? They're both locked, so they can't be bumped.

Has someone been quoting them, or something?

Exactly. I don't want Sarzonia to be angry about it, but I don't want to see those threads deleted. They're perfect examples of many things, like how wars should not be played, but also how to RP with a good base of English. The Wiki article on it just wouldn't be enough for historical purposes, IMO.

They're perfect examples of many things, like how wars should not be played, but also how to RP with a good base of English. The Wiki article on it just wouldn't be enough for historical purposes, IMO.The reason's simple: I don't want those threads to exist anymore. Period.

If you decide not to do it even though I'm asking as the thread originator, so be it, but I don't want the legacy of animosity from those threads to remain.

Chinese Republics, if you want to make a moderator request, please create your own thread. Do not use someone else's thread to make your own requests.

Done.

And Sarz is right - start a new thread rather than hitchhiking. It's polite.

Frisbeeteria just reminded me that NationStates policy does allow thread authors to request the soft-deletion of roleplay threads that they start. I had forgotten about this, thus my hesitation to grant the request myself.

I apologize for the confusion. As Frisbeeteria has deleted the linked threads, I trust that this matter is resolved.
