Regional Question

I'd like a mod to take a look at the happenings in my native region of Edinburgh (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/53173/page=display_region), as I have concerns over the conduct of the invading nations:
- They've already been mod-warned about misuse of regional passwording.
- They seem to each operate several accounts (albeit not UN ones) and may be seen as Events spamming.
- The regional board is full of dubious 'roleplay', although I'm unsure as to whether this qualifies as spam.
- Principally, I'd like to know if their tactics of kicking out native nations that have recieved enough UN endorsements to topple them before the daily changeover counts as griefing; not to mention that they to remove delegate powers any time it seems likely that a defending native will overtake them.

Thanks.

They are allowed to make a few tactical ejections of natives as long as they unban them immediatly.
Maybe keep track of how many natives were ejected, make a list.

Also, your region doesn't have a founder (anymore), so it is impossible to bar delegate powers, I know it is mentioned in the regional happenings, but it does absolutly nothing.

Just some friendly offering of a URL for you

well, as long as they follow the rules they cannot be dealt with by moderator actions. I know that sucks, that's why you should offer passwords only to those that are willing to wait a day or two. If they want to attack, then they probably won't wait at all for a response
