I may be wrong but I would assume this region was created by Spllattered Phthalo to flame me, as he decided to pass through my region The Exodus before he founded it. I assume this because he has continually sought to intimidate, and belittle myself, and other players. He recently sent me that TG as the mods and some palyers know that had personal info in it.
