It´s absolutely unfair when my totally responsible purposal (Research of Fusion-Power) is deleted, but things like "We need to sell more drungs" can stay!!
Who decides this anyway??

Who decides this anyway??That would be me. Hi. You'll see my name on that sticky about UN Proposal rules.
Please understand that I start at the end of the Proposal list and work my way forwards. Mods have an extra link on the list that allows us to delete directly from the list as opposed to trying to find them with the Centre's search function (it's just as useless as the players' search engine).
Also, during my most recent sweep, I was multitasking (watching a movie for RP research, chatting, etc), so the whole process took me about 3 hours. Chances are, you posted this between deletions.
In fact, you did:

Now, for your Proposal. Which, luckily, was still in my browser's cache so I could click 'back' a few dozen times and find it:

Description: Let´s face it: we pollute the Earth more and more every day and some day it´s going to get us killed. What we NEED is a cleaner and more efficient way of getting electric current. Therefore I purpose a massive increase of fusion-research and a UN wide research program.
[/i]]FUSION PLANTS are more efficient then e.g. Nuclear Power Plants, they´re clean because the most of the "waste" is normal helium we can use afterwards and they´re cheap in service as the fuel we need is all aroun us - hydrogen.

First, wrong category. There's nothing in your Proposal specific to the Automobile Manufactoring industry. It should have been "All Business" or, perhaps, "Uranium Mining".
Second, it opens like an essay as opposed to legislation.
Third, php tags don't work in Proposals (this is minor, but something to keep in mind).
Fourth, your Proposal doesn't actually do anything. Again, it's more essay than legislation. You propose a "massive increase" in research, but don't really explain anything about this increase.
Fifth, your closing is, again, more essay than legislation.
This is, however, a Proposal that has a future. With a bit of work and help from the UN forum regulars, this could be made into a perfectly acceptable Proposal.
Finally, as a point of order, this has been moved to the Moderation forum.

to the category: there wasnt anything to choose! I chose environmental, filled the description, but the thing with "Effect" was just empty and I couldn´t change that.
