I would like a moderator to decide whether the second quote of Texpunditistan's signature (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9080932&postcount=67) is acceptable.
I think advocacy of the anal rape of lawyers with a jackhammer violates the TOS in and of itself.
I also note that the quote comes from set of flames that was directed at me, as a lawyer. This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=8878788&postcount=139) is the post from which the quote comes. This thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=419223&highlight=BlackwaterUSA) discussed that flame and others and the Mod action taken against the author of the quote.
Texpundistan was a part of the thread where the quote came from and is fully aware of its flaming context.
Just for those who may accuse me of whining, I will note that I hoped the novelty of the "joke" would wear off eventually. Then I politely requested that Texpundistan remove the quote.
Obviously, it is up to the Mods whether there is anything wrong with the signature, but I've put up with it too long not to object.
