This belongs in general (and I'm being nice when I say that). It should be deleted for the unnecessary use of all caps and annoying smilies.

Not necessarily, because he's talking about his national animal, which is part of Gameplay. If anything, it belongs in the Gameplay forum, but it just seems too spammy.
Talk about nation management, regional politics, and why llamas are a cooler national animal than squirrels.
