NationStates Jolt Archive

I was sitting around thinking of people I think would make good Mods, and I noticed that in a particular case I was thinking of someone who has never posted on the NationStates forums or the new Jolt forums. I know that we're supposed to provide links to posts and whatnot if we're going to suggest a new Mod, but can they be posts from an offsite regional or organizational forum? That's okay, right? Or do y'all want people who are active on these forums?

And what if I can't think of any reason that they would not make a good Mod, dammit? :D

P.S. - I noticed that Fris indicated that certain people's names were coming up often, and I was wondering who they were. I figure Goob gets plenty of mentions, but who else? Inquiring minds want to know, though we'll understand if you don't want to tell. :)
