Mods, I come with this question.

Will there come a time when consistent trolls who get deleted just to rise from the ashes with another name, have a permanent IP Ban placed on them?

I ask because Commando just doesn't seem to want to go away. I've just seen him as IRA Opperative.

If I am mistaken and you are unable to place IP bans, please correct me and I will be on my way.

There are a number of factors surrounding how and when we allow persistent trolls to return, and when we choose to ban. Suffice to say the IP ban won't work in all cases, and let's not speculate further, ok? We try very hard not to make suggestions that make being obnoxious easier.
