our nation's EDIT:FOUNDER is about to lapse out of existance, leaving our region password protected, and our delegate has been locked out of the regional control panel. Is there any way to allow our Delegate control panel access, without creating a new region? :confused:

I'm assuming you mean the Founder of your region, that is about to lapse out of existance. He/she has been inactive for 21 days, and has 7 days left before his/her nation ceases to exist. For now, I don't think there is anything the moderators will do, until/if they cease to exist. However, once the Founder ceases to exist in any region, access to the regional control panel will automatically pass onto the UN delegate of the region after the next update in which the Founder dies.

Be aware though, the Founder has the right to kick and ban whomever he pleases, while the UN delegate cannot kick and ban whomever they please. The UN delegates are held to much more strict rules because of the fact that anyone can become the UN delegate of the region.

However, once the Founder ceases to exist in any region, access to the regional control panel will automatically pass onto the UN delegate of the region after the next update in which the Founder dies.

From what I've seen, it is immediaty..

(like invader moves in region where founder is about to exist, native Delegate can't do a thing cause RC is turned off, invader gets Delegacy, founder dies, invader Delegate gets RC)

Wouldn't the founder only be deleted for inactivity at the update?

Yup, in either the major or minor update.

I've seen founders die off updates... I think each nation has an internal clock... or I am an idiot for imagining it... we'll see

Those Founders probably had "help".
