The title seems a bit trollish, but I would like a mod's opinion.

As it is describing events that are happening, it is doubtful that it is trolling, imho.

Hasn't MkUltra been deleted enough? That was pretty mild.

I think the trolling bit is his words at the beginning about the bush administration being "the most sick and evil administration to ever curse the American landscape". He also says the american people need to wake up, seeing as over 50 million people voted for Bush, i think they are pretty much awake

It is a title and thread intended to elicit a reaction as well as communicate an insult from the thread author. - there were more tasteful ways to describe the event. It is trolling IMHO.

Flamebait: Posts that are made with the aim of angering someone indirectly. Not outright flame, but still liable to bring angry replies. Flame baiting is a far more subtle and covert action; it is an underhanded tactic that is designed to provoke a response from another player. It's in the same context of trolling but with flamebaiting it's just the one person.

Trolling: Posts that are made with the aim of angering people. (like 'ALL JEWS ARE [insert vile comment here]' for example). While Trolls often make these posts strictly in an attempt to provoke negative comment, it is still trolling even if you actually hold those beliefs. Intent is difficult to prove over the internet, so mods will work under their best assumptions.

There is a slight difference between flamebait and trolling. In this case, I would believe, that if anything, it could be considered trolling, since it isn't going against one specific person, but rather everyone who supports Bush.

DOS players can never be deleted enough.
