I apologize for not using the getting help page but, this guy is quite annoying and, will not stop spamming our Civil HQ. The region is called NAZI Germany. Unfortunalty, our founder The Pure Germany hasn't been active in 19 days. Therefore, there is no way to eject these two nations who are spamming the Civil HQ with garbage such as this:

this guy was reported more then once through the ghp in the last few days DFA. he keeps hitting many regions

I personally filed a report on him too... I've seen he's since been GORTed
