I recently submitted a UN proposal titeld The Urielian Accord. Unknowingly, I violated a rule by crediting two nations in the top line instead of just one. I have read the new UN rules, but somehow I misread them to say two nation credits were allowed rather than one. Totally my fault. Flibbleites kindly pointed out my error in the UN forum. I am hoping that by bringing this to mod attention, I may avoid proposal deletion and an official warning. Thank you.
