I reported a bug, and I got this answer. Does this mean that the issue will not get handled, because I didn't follow the right procedure? It was a simple report on a nation without a capital character in its name, which looks like a minor bug to me, but in no means my responsibility. I used the getting help page, which I thought was the right way to report things.
I'm not gonna report it again, because it doesn't bother me and it is not my responsibility. I usually report everything I see, but only if it doesn't interfere with my gameplay. I mean; I will not interrupt my playing for an indecent nation's name. Only when I have the time, and I still remember it.

I THINK (and don't quote me on this yet) that bugs should be filed in Technical (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1224). Again, don't quote me on that yet, but that seems to be the logical place.

Good bug reports are very helpful, so if you've found a bug, please do mail it in. Be sure to say who you are, what you're trying to do, and exactly what's happening. If you're getting an error message, include that. Please be aware that admin is just one or two people looking after this game in their spare time, and we don't have time to answer most queries individually. But problems you report are investigated. Send bug reports to: admin@nationstates.net.

Burocracy is not my problem. I reported the bug, and that is all I do. After that I'll continue to do my own thing.

E-mailing the admins is not the same as filing a GHR. Since Game Mods are the ones who usually deal with GHRs, and since we're unable to patch bugs, it's best to report to people who can actually do something.

A bug report submitted to the GHP will probably reach me. However, I'd prefer that it either be posted in Technical (assuming that it doesn't need to be kept a secret) or emailed to me.

My bad. I did everything wrong, but I was actually waiting until a mod moved this topic to the techie :p

It is the nation unscrupulus (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/63179/page=display_nation/nation=unscrupulous). It has no capital "U" in it. I thought only bots could do this. :confused:

Hmm, nothing suspicious about the nation. I forget how this happens.
