Incidents that happen in-game, such as this, should be reported via the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/87997/page=help). I'd suggest not gloating in the moderation forum, it doesn't help either side, especially when people are flaming on the regional message board.
