Does anybody EVER move to a new region based on those sorts of posts? Just curious. It strikes me as a total waste of time to put those up.

From my past experience, no. People tend to respond to your requests if you actually give them individual attention(i.e. TG).
I also find RMB and Gameplay recruitments absolutely useless

I think, if someone posts saying that they are looking for a new region, it's more useful.

People clearly don't so that. The RMB and gameplay posts allow nations to view regions that they may be interested in.(That is, if nations even read them)

Just to clarify, I was referring to the creation of threads in the gameplay forum, where a nation will state that they are looking for a new region, and will ask others to give them suggestions on a region, or something of the likes.
