About 29 hrs ago I submitted a getting help request regarding a flaming, obscene (and badly misspelled) telegram I received from a delightful n00b. I haven't heard anything yet and I was wondering what the usual turnaround time was. I know that this is a hectic time, at the end of the semester, but I don't ask out of impatience for action. Rather, I'm eager to be able to delete this piece of filth from my TG inbox. Thank you.
