Policy on Advertisement/Plugs

Hey, I was curious what the policy is on advertisement/plugs. I work for a television show and one of my tasks is promotion. It is on the web and is clean. It concerns certain areas of psychology. Would would be the policy on basically me saying "This show exists, watch" in the General forum?

If you're advertising for monetary gain, then no, it is not allowed.

Or those dreadful sites where you increase somebody's zombie army when you click the link are banned too.

Any type of referral sites are banned, not just the zombie one.

No it wouldn't be monetary gain at all. The show is also on the web so basically just to let everyone know it exists and hopefully allow others around the world to see it. One of the topics was filmed in Jerusalem, interviewing a man who had lost his daughter in a homicide bombing.
