Point number three of this gentleman strikes me as flamebait, if not flaming outright.

The loaded question of "what happened in your life to make you anti-christian"

is directly offensive because it asserts that non-christians do not make their decisions in the matter on any sort of intellectual merits, but are rather ruled by bitterness or spite.

It isnt different from asking "so tom, do you still beat your wife?"

NG, we don't promise to protect you from offense. Being offended is your right when someone has diametrically opposed views to yours, just as it's their right to be offended by your views. I concur with my colleague - this is not flaming by NationStates standards.

As to the other poster ... Uh-oh

It isnt different from asking "so tom, do you still beat your wife?"I get the question to be more for those who are Anit-Christian than Non-Christian. I get no sense that this is about Non-Christians. In other words, if you are Non Christian, but not Anti-Christian, then the question is not targetted to you.
