As the moderating team may already know, the Oppressed Peoples of Quiblechistan has been deleted for hacking, however upon explanation from his/ her friends and request for my support I feel I must entreat the moderators of Nationstates to allow a nation of "Wuiblechistan" to replace Quiblechistan.
From what they have told me, it seems Quiblechistan was just messing around with his/her friends, thats all. Not a serious violation is the hacking party was just messing around with their Real Life friends.
